Eating real food & eliminating the junk They need to learn how to build healthy habits, including: In reality, 93% of Americans don't need to optimize their lives with perfect routines, including grounding their circadian clocks, utilizing red light therapy, or buying expensive tools for recovery. when in reality, most of these individuals are building for the 1% - not the masses. Founders look up to Huberman, Attila, Rogan, etc. In healthcare marketing - there is so much attention to the folks with the biggest audiences & the most significant budgets. We're so focused on the noisiest folks in the room that sometimes we forget who we're building for. #adagency #startup #partnership #teamwork Nothing else matters if you're not a good partner. To become such a good partner, that your clients can't imagine you not being in their lives. Your job is to become a strategic partner for your clients. Your job is not just to click the buttons in ads manager. And being a good partner& communicator is a part of the job. This moment, the one where you are eyeballing the display with intense and abnormal focus, is the hardest one of all. Look at it as giving you the opportunity to try many different activities. ![]() The best part of NO days off, is it never gives you a chance to quit. If you take 3 days off in a row, you might as well just wait until next year to join again. In fact, I am huge proponent of NO days off. Incorporate the ones you started with, with the new activities. And then, things plateau around February. Results for you will come quickly, at first. are you feeling better? Yes? Ok, you are getting results. You gauge fitness like this: Are you going faster? Are you lifting more? And most importantly. That number has nothing to do with anything. I don't care that I'm about to drop F bombs. ![]() Don't be angry at them for expecting you to fail- by joining a gym on the first of the year, you have automatically put yourself in that demographic. However, your fate does not have to be the same as the masses. They know why you have automatically popped out of the woodwork after January 1. They know you haven't been here, because they've been here. It is either something to focus your attention on, as opposed to looking around the gym at the regulars, or to somehow force the space-time continuum into getting this over with faster. You stare down at the numbers on the display. It has been a few months since you were on one, and forgot that the up arrow isn't speed, it's incline. You get on the treadmill, and fumble with the buttons. You stroll in self-consciously, eyes darting around. ![]()
